Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millington-Memphis Area by IHG

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. You could tell everyone got along very well, like family. Thank you to everyone for making our stay enjoyable.

The staff and management are EXCELLENT. They always go the extra mile to provide the most comfort and help possible. They are very professional but still manage the personal touch. We stayed one night a few months before this and the staff immediately recalled us. The rooms are wonderful and always very clean. The complimentary breakfast is great. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The hotel o is a great place and in an excellent location. It didn’t get five stars because the IHG didn’t give me my points because I blocked 10 rooms. However, my name and credit card paid for it. I will take my business to Hilton where they honor you (me).

Room was clean . Lobby was clean with coffee station. Breakfast was good . Staff was friendly and parking was decent. I just didn’t understand the random text messages I was getting to rate their stay and text to have billed emailed… when I replied to the text I realized wait am I talking to Hotel? I would recommend hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is nice and centrally located for our needs. Rooms are clean. Front desk service was very polite and nice. Check in and out was easy. On site breakfast is very nice with a wide variety. Coffee was fresh and remained full. They were very attentive at cleaning tables after use as more guests arrived.

The staff was polite and helpful to my family when we had to scramble to find a hotel room after our Air BnB didn’t work out. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed at this location twice the week of July 19th and the 21th to the 23rd one for power outage and the second time for work. What made the start of my stay outstanding is the first person I spoke with at the front desk. Her name is Sonya. Her customer service is personable and very good. She listened to me vent about my power being out and noticed something I wanted as far as room location. While it was not available the first stay when I returned she did not forget my request and I was able to get my room on a higher floor with the front view I wanted. I thank Sonya for my stay. My rooms both times was clean and met my expectations. Good job Holiday Inn, with having Sonya as part of your team!

I was worried after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be. The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was clean. I was very happy to see they have quality soap and shampoo in the bathroom, much better than a small hard soap bar and tiny shampoo bottles. I'd stay here again if work sends me back to the area.
